Your account records the work you do on site — clocking in, before and after photos, and the questions at the end. All of that happens in the NorthPoint crew app.

  1. Install the app on your phone.
  2. Open it and enter the code your employer sent you.
Lost your code, or it stopped working? Ask your employer to send you a new one. Codes work once and expire after seven days — that is normal, and not a sign anything is wrong with your account.
